La Lonja

La Lonja is a historical building that used to be a silk market, prison, and a place where nobles held meetings. We visited for my Civilization and Cultures of Spain class.

The ceilings were unbelievable in every room.

Every door was patterned and tall.

Gargoyles lined the sides and the top of the building.

The ceiling of the nobles room. Decorated with crests and dragons and knights.

Crowns were in the architecture throughout the whole building.
